To ensure seamless collaboration and outstanding results, we follow a clear, five-step process—from your initial artwork submission to final mass production. Please review each stage carefully.
Step 1: Artwork Submission & Design Brief
- Artwork Formats
- Basic: Four-view line drawings, close-up head shots, logo files, spot details, and color references.
- Standard: Full-color 3D renderings with Pantone or CMYK color codes.
- Design Brief
Please complete our Sample Request Form with:- Desired doll dimensions and pose
- Base shape, size, and front/back lettering
- Logo placement and exact color specifications
- Any special effects or embellishments
Why this matters: Clear, accurate artwork minimizes revisions and accelerates the prototype phase.
Step 2: Wax Model & Feedback (5–10 days)
- Sculpting: Master sculptors create a hand-crafted wax prototype.
- Review & Revision: We’ll send you photos for approval. Minor adjustments can be made until you’re 100% satisfied.
Goal: Perfect the form and proportions before mold making.
Step 3: Molding & Painting (3–5 days)
- Mold Creation: We produce a high-precision silicone mold from the approved wax model.
- First-Article Painting: Apply base coats and detail work; send you reference images.
- Color Corrections: Revise paint layers until color and finish meet your specifications.
Step 4: Sample Shipment (2 days)
- We ship 2–3 hand-finished samples for your final confirmation.
- Samples are sent via UPS, DHL, or your preferred courier.
Step 5: Mass Production & Lead Times

General Terms & Policies
- Order Acknowledgement: Confirmed by email or fax.
- Cancellations: Only accepted with written approval from Reefone .
- Design Changes: No major revisions after mold approval; additional fees apply.
- Returns & Claims: Require authorization number within 10 working days of receipt. Include photos.
- Sample Policy: Pre-production samples available upon request (freight prepaid by customer). Final approval via emailed/faxed sign-off.
- IP & Trademarks: Customer is responsible for securing all necessary rights for logos, characters, and artwork.
- Rush Orders: Subject to Jack approval and a surcharge of 10–20% for expedited labor and tooling.
